These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of longevity-x.com and the products and services offered by Iconic Life LLC, doing business as LongevityX ("LongevityX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting an application, enrolling in a program, purchasing a product, or subscribing to communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 - Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2 - Description of Services

LongevityX offers health coaching and lifestyle optimization services, including:

• LX90 — a 90-day coaching program for body composition, biomarker improvement, and biological age reversal

• YouthRX — a longevity-focused supplement protocol

• The Longevity Lifestyle Newsletter — weekly content covering biohacks, protocols, and longevity science

• Related coaching, content, and community access

3 - Health and Medical Disclaimer

Results vary. Testimonials shared on the Site represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of outcome. Your individual results will depend on your starting point, adherence, biology, and circumstances.

4 - Application and Enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the LX90 program. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Enrollment is finalized only upon receipt of full payment (or first installment, where a payment plan applies) and your acknowledgment of these Terms.

5 - Payment

All program fees, supplement purchases, and other charges are payable in U.S. Dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable amounts. You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current and accurate. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details on our systems.

6 - No Refund Policy

Enrollment in our program is a commitment to your transformation. Because we allocate significant time, expertise, and resources to every client from the moment you join, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted, and any attempt to dispute charges will be considered a breach of this agreement.

This no-refund policy applies to all LongevityX programs, coaching engagements, supplement purchases (unless otherwise stated at point of sale), and digital products.

7 - SMS and Text Messaging Terms

7.1 - Program Description

LongevityX (a DBA of Iconic Life LLC) offers SMS messaging to applicants, clients, and subscribers who have opted in to receive text messages. Depending on your consent selections, message types may include application follow-ups, coaching appointment reminders, program logistics, order updates, and promotional messages about new cohorts, offers, and supplement protocols.

7.2 - Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you consent to receive text messages from LongevityX at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

7.3 - Opt-Out and Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 225-229-5555. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 7.4 - Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.5 - Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages based on your interactions with LongevityX (typically 2–8 messages per month, frequency varies). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8 - Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, protocols, and software — is owned by Iconic Life LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any of the content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for participants of the LX90 program in connection with their own program experience.

9 - User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

• Share program materials, login credentials, or coaching content with non-participants

• Harass, abuse, or harm coaches, staff, or other participants

• Misrepresent your identity, health status, or eligibility

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems

• Use the Services to compete with LongevityX or to develop a competing product or program

10 - Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including Tally for application forms, payment processors, supplement fulfillment partners, and lab providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties.

11 - Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC HEALTH, FITNESS, OR LONGEVITY RESULT.

12 - Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICONIC LIFE LLC, LONGEVITYX, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

13 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iconic Life LLC, LongevityX, and their officers, employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14 - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15 - Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

16 - Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17 - Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LongevityX regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
